Overview
It is Giftaura intention to satisfy their customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ then we will issue refund after it is proved that the product is defective/damaged and such product has to be shipped back to us. Refund will be initiated only if the product is sent back to us within 7 days.
Refunds
If order is cancelled before processing of order, you will get refund within 3-5 Working Days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 days.
Exchanges
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.
Please allow one week from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform us by email at – [email protected] with your order no. within 8 hours of placing the order or before its dispatch whichever is earlier. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
